REYADA has developed this through various methodology mechanisms and strategic interventions, equipment, facilities, training sponsored and funded by different donor partners (SCI, EUC, UNICEF……etc.). Another way of enhancing capacity development is accompaniment and mentoring to capacity development activities. REYADA based its interventions on strategic principles that are guided by regular analysis of national context and trends of regional and international contexts. Our consultancy is always based on analyzing situations, consultations and dialogue with relevant actors and partner organizations and alliances at all different levels. The Empowerment approach which REYADA is adopting is based on participatory approach and engagement in direct implementation which is a necessary step to empower children, communities and individuals and build their capacities. This role distinctively gives REYADA a leading position within NGOs and the community by focusing on the various types of capacity building with right perspectives. REYADA’s overall goal is to build and develop the capacity of national NGOs who advocate for child rights and protection. Along with achieving this, it was observed that there is a gap in information which is needed to help NGOs and actors in their advocacy on evidence based. So, we have started a project of establishing a dad base to be available for actors to have easy access to information concerning children rights in Sudan.
